A Schuylkill County driver was involved in a crash in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said a 2007 Freightline tractor with trialer was parked on the right berm of SR309 in Lynn Township, about 5:48 p.m. on May 24 due to a prior crash. Troopers said Kevin L. Eckroth, 33, of New Ringgold, was northbound operating a 1995 Ford Explorer when his vehicle drifted onto the berm and struck the left rear of the truck.Eckroth was not injured. The driver of the rig was identified as Michael J. Greene, 26, of Rotterdam, N.Y. He also was not injured.Troopers cited Eckroth for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
