State police at Lehighton reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers.

About 2:40 p.m. on May 25 a two vehicle crash occurred along Fireline Road, near Craig St., in Bowmanstown, Carbon County, involving a motorcycle.Troopers said Todd E. Broadt, 42, of Lehighton, was pulling out of a driveway at 633 Fireline Rd., operating a 2010 Ford F450 truck, around a blind curve to go westbound. At that time Brian D. Unangst, 39, of Bath, was driving a 2001 Harley-Davidson, westbound. While Broadt pulled out he saw the bike coming around the curve and tried to put his truck in reverse to get out of the way.He could not and the bike struck the front end of the truck. Unangst, who was wearing a helmet, sustained minor injuries and was taken to the Lehighton hospital for treatment. Broadt was not injured. The bike was towed from the scene.A crash occurred about 3:45 p.m. on May 26 at the intersection of Weir Mountain Road and Frable Drive, in Eldred Township, Monroe County. Troopers said John J. Lamp, 31, of Kunkletown, was westbound on Frable and failed to stop for a posted stop sign and entered the intersection. His 1999 Dodge Durango struck a 2000 Ford F150 truck driven by John W. Baird, 23, of Kunkletown, who was southbound on Weir Mountain Rd. No one was injured.Troopers cited Lamp for a stop sign violation.On May 26 about 11:29 p.m. Aaron M. Pretko, 22, of Lehighton, was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado truck eastbound on Church Rd., in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, when he failed to negotiate a left curve. The truck went onto the berm and struck a tree. Pretko was not injured. He was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic, troopers said.On May 28 about 4:34 p.m. a two vehicle crash occurred along SR248 at the intersection with Union Hill Road, in Franklin Township, Carbon County. Troopers said Kevin Ovalle, 20, of Clifton, N.J., was attempting to make a left turn onto Union Hill from 248 when his 2005 Infiniti G35 was struck by a 2005 Dodge Caravan driven westbound by Matthew Bellesfield, 45, of Slatington.A passenger with Bellesfield, Corinne Bellesfield, 40, same address, sustained a minor injury and was transported by Palmerton ambulance to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
