Divorces granted

George W. Fisher, 631 Front St., Freeland, was granted a divorce from Christine R. Fisher, 147 Willow St., Delano. They were married Oct. 25, 1999.Jennifer A. Kramer was granted a divorce from William A. Kramer, both of Donaldson, Tremont Township. They were married May 11, 1991.Michelle E. Hasenauer, Auburn, was granted a divorce from David J. Hasenauer, Schuylkill Haven. They were married Dec. 19, 1997.Revoke programJames Joseph Doyle, 36, of 56 Saint Montz Drive, Zion Grove, was removed by Judge John E. Domalakes from the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) and was re-sentenced to serve 90 days to five years in the county prison. He had pleaded guilty last November to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and was placed in the program and served 30 days in prison and then went on probation for four years and 11 months.Revoke probationJeremy J. Hirochek, 19, of 39 W. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, had his probation revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and he was recommitted to the county prison to serve the balance of his original sentence and his new date for release was extended to Aug. 5, 2012. He originally pleaded guilty to charges of terroristic threats and three counts of disorderly conduct last September and was sentenced to serve six to 12 months in prison and was later released on probation.
