An Air Crane helicopter was used to deliver building supplies to the roof of the new Lowe's under construction in Mahoning Township, across the street from the Carbon Plaza Mall. Quite a few motorists craned their necks on Tuesday morning to watch the operation, with several stopping to take a photograph. The new Lowe's is expected to be open by fall.
