A Monroe County man is facing a bad check count.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said on April 6 about noon Trevdan Building Supply, of Pocono Summit, delivered supplies to Michael Smith, 22, of Kunkletown. Smith paid for the delivery with a check for $5,378.34. The check was later returned for insufficient funds, police said.A misdemeanor one count of bad check was filed against Smith, police added.
