A Schuylkill County resident is facing charges following an incident that occurred on May 4 about 8:45 p.m. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred at 1 Field-of-Dreams Drive, in North Manheim Township.

Troopers said Joseph Evans, 44, of Pottsville, came to the above location to resolve a previous criminal trespass issue involving his son. While on-scene he allegedly threatened Kevin Fanelli, 49, also of Pottsville. Evans was told by troopers he faced arrest for his harassing conduct and was expressly told to stay off the property.After troopers left the scene Evans returned on foot and smashed the windshield on the car of Faneilli using a brick.Troopers said Evans was charged with terroristic threats, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and harassment.
