According to unofficial tallies, Democrat incumbent Arland F. Moyer Sr., unopposed, received 32 votes for a council seat; there were also 9 write-in votes for the office.Republican candidate Susan Pywar, also an incumbent and also unopposed, received 10 votes.Democrat Theresa Troutman was unopposed for the tax collector's office. She received 33 votes. There were also 3 write-in candidates.
