Seventeen area residents among 60 arraigned by DA

Seventeen area residents were among 60 who were arraigned Monday at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on criminal charges and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury. They were:

DiMarco, with retail theft of a television and computer from Walmart Store valued at $1,295.92.Sarah Belle Wytovich, 29, Ashland, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Joseph H. Murton, with five counts each of forgery, identify theft and access device fraud and eight counts each of thefrt by deception and receiving stolen property. According to the police report filed to court Wytovich forged the name of Madeline Kerrigan, Pottsville, and used her credit card to make purchases totaling $1,504.73.Wade Reed Hubler Jr., 34, Aristes, Northumberland County, charged by Trooper James S. Cuttitta with criminal trespass on property at Black Diamond Antiques Store, Schuylkill Mall, Frackville, theft of silver coins valued at $2,912 and receiving stolen property last Nov. 14. He is also charged by Trooper Cuttitta with criminal trespass on Black Diamond Antique Store last Nov. 16 and theft of 37 pieces of gold jewelry valued at $5,408, three counts of criminal mischief and two counts of receiving stoloen property.Patrica Louise Brennan, 64, Pottsville, charged by New Castle Township Patrolman Ronald E. She was also charged by Morrow with three counts each of forgery, identity theft, and access device fraud of credit card of John C. Jobrey, 140 W.
