They were married May 20, 2006.Guilty pleaWilliam Francis McGovern, 48, Auburn, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and was sentenced by Judge John E. Domalakes to serve 90 days to five years in the county prison beginning Tuesday, May 24, at 8 p.m. He was fined $1,500, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to Catastrophe fund, enroll in the alcohol highway safety school, receive outpatient treatment and counseling, his license is suspended 18 months and when restored for 12 months must have an ignition interlock on his car. He also must submit to random screenings.McGovern was cited by Trooper John B. Carr last Feb. 20 when stopped on Summer Hill Road in South Manheim Township. On summary charges of failing to drive on right side of roadway, failing to drive on road laned for traffic, careless driving and illegal stop, stand or park outside a business or residential district was fined a total of $100 plus $254 in costs.RevocationsTobi Allen Metz, 29, Schuylkill Haven, had his parole revoked by Judge Domalakes and he was remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence with credit for serving 36 days. His 328 days of liberty is disallowed, creating a new maximum date for his release at Dec. 5, 2015. He had pleaded guilty to DUI in May 2008 and after serving 30 days in the prison was released on probation in the Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP).Robert A. Grohman, 55, Freeland, had his parole revoked by Judge Domalakes and he was remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence and 274 days of liberty were taken away. His new maximum date for release from prison was set at April 4, 2012. Grohman pleaded guilty to retail theft from Walmart Store in Rush Township and served a concurrent nine months sentence to a sentence he was serving in Luzerne County Prison and later released on probation.Cory James Weikel, 20, Mahanoy City, who had been placed on probation for 24 months for theft of a digital camera and attempting to forge a doctor's prescription to obtain drugs will now be spending his time in a state correctional institution as his probation was revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin. He was re-sentenced to serve one to two years with credit for 51 days spent in the county prison.Porfiro Roman III, 30, Allentown, had his parole revoked by Judge Baldwin and he was recommitted to the county prison with credit for 74 days served and his 434 days of liberty were taken away. Baldwin ruled he would not consider any application for parole until he had served three months of confinement. He had pleaded guilty possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The charges were brought by Tremont Patrolman Joseph Kavanaugh.Donald Earl Ebel III, 39, Mahanoy Cirty, had his parole revoked b Judge Baldwin and he was re-sentenced to serve one to five years in a state correctional facility. He had been charged by Tamaqua Cpl. Henry Woods, with indecent assault and corrupiton of minors.Revoke ARDDanielle M. Revinski, 25, Locustdale, was removed from the AcceleratedRehabilative Disposition (ARD) probatoin program. Revinski will now have to stand trial on a charge of retail theft from Redner's Market in Shenandoah.David Richard Zerby, 22, Pottsville, was also removed from the ARD program by Judge Baldwin and faces trail for a charge of theft of items from Turkey Hill Mini Mart in Ashland.Extend ARDDavid Peter Panchari Jr., 41 Auburn, had his ARD program extended an additional six months in order to allow him to complete the Anger Management Program. He was charged with harrassment and disorderly conduct by Auburn Chief Anthony M.
