A Monroe County man is facing charges.

State police at Lehighton said Robert Vincent Toth, 46, of Kunkletown, is facing charges of harassment and criminal mischief for an incident that occurred on Monday, May 10, about 6 p.m.Toth is charged with allegedly threatening to harm a person and damaged another person's car. Troopers did not release the name of the alleged victims. The incident occurred at 9072 Robinhood Drive, in Polk Township.
