There will be a Fish for Free Day from 9-12 p.m. Monday May 30 at the program shelter in Locust Lake State Park. No fishing license is needed to fish on this day; however, all other regulations apply.
Some fishing poles and tackle will be available.A Pa. Fish and Boat Commission officer and the park naturalist will be on hand for instruction.A demonstration on filleting and frying fish will follow.
