May 17, 1983 Michele Danner and Sherry Vadimsky both have big days at the plate to help Northwestern blast Pleasant Valley, 18-7, to claim the Centennial League second half softball title. Danner collects four hits, scores fout times and knocks in three runs while Vadimsky collects three hits, one a homer, scores four times and adds three RBI. The Tigers also receive two hits from both Patty Walko and Susan Geiger.
