It has been brought to the attention of the West Penn Township Police Department that there are individuals running driveway paving scams in the township.

You may want to reconsider doing business with any individual or business offering to pave your driveway with material left over from a previous job. Residents should request to see the individual's or business' solicitation permit, driveway paving permits should be obtained and no work should be started without a signed contract.Should you suspect that a business or individual is involved in such a scam, contact the West Penn Township Police Department.
