Wax museum performance in West Penn

ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/SPECIAL TO THE TIMES NEWS Students at the West Penn Elementary School held a wax museum performance for fellow classmates and family members. Students from two classes, wearing costumes and posing as wax figures, stood on their desks and stated important facts regarding famous individuals in history.
