State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a harassment incident that occurred in Monroe County.

Troopers said Kelly Marie House, of the Effort area, and John Steven Decker, of the Brodheadsville area, were riding in her vehicle about 2 a.m. on Sunday, May 8, when they got into an argument.During the argument Decker allegedly slapped House leaving a red mark. He was cited for harassment, troopers said.
