West Penn Township police were called to a disturbance Tuesday afternoon when it was reported a male was holding a shotgun. When police arrived they found workers of the Alicia Paving Company of Mahoning Township working on a lot at a local business along SR309 about a half mile north of the Snyder's intersection. One worker at the scene stated one of the workers and the male brandishing the shotgun at a home across the highway had a disagreement. Township police handcuffed the actor and detained him for a period of time. He was later released and his weapon returned.
