A Slatington driver is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 12:47 a.m. on Sunday, May 1, along W. Church Street.

Borough police said as the result of the traffic stop Beth Schmoyer, 26, of 2633 Lehigh St., is facing charges of driving under the influence (DUI), resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment, careless driving, and failure to drive on the right side of the road.
