A sad accident occurred in the Packerton Yard on Friday evening when Jefferson Fisher, of Packerton, a conductor in the employ of the

L.V.R.R. Co, fell under his train and was beheaded. The accident occurred about 7 p.m. The deceased was very popular among his fellow railroaers and his deah cast a deep gloom upon them.Mr. Fisher was born at Long Run and was aged 55 years, 11 months and 2 days. A widow, he was survived by one daughter, Mrs. Charles Zimmerman of Jamestown, his mother and the following brothers and sisters survive: Yohe, George and Oscar, of Long Run: Sylvester and Mrs. Alvin May, of Walcksville: Mrs. Abraham Kitchler of Orange, N.J. and Mrs. John J. O'Connell, of Milford, Mass.
