Beta Sigma Phi community egg hunt held in Tamaqua

Rain didn't stop the Easter Bunny from hiding his eggs during the 25th Annual Beta Sigma Phi Community Easter egg hunt held recently at the Bungalow park in Tamaqua. The event was free to the community. Sorority members pointed out their appreciation to all the volunteers and members came out in the rain to help. Chris Snyder of Tamaqua holds an umbrella over her daughter, Norah, 4, prior to the start of the egg hunt. Prize winners pictured with the Easter Bunny are, from left, Derek Bennett, 9, Matthew Brozyno, 6, and Metta Pavia, 3.
