The Rush, Ryan and Delano Senior Citizens Inc. met April 12 at the Ryan Township Fire Company with 41 members in attendance. A moment of silence was held in memory of Joseph Wislosky and Dorothy Gallagher.President Eleanor Schmerfeld conducted the business meeting.Chaplain Kathleen Valentine offered an invocation. Reports were presented by secretary Florina Martin and treasurer Shirley Becker, including the sending of church memorials in honor of Gallagher and Wislosky.Birthday greetings were extended to Margaret Matsago.Jean Machamer, Florina Martin and Shirley Becker provided inspirational readings.A discussion was held concerning the annual banquet, which is scheduled for May 10 at the Ryan Township Fire Company. Christy Joy will provide the catering.Doris Brobst donated an Easter flower, which was presented to Carmen Corch.The group meets the second and fourth Monday of every month.
