Michael Francis Ortlip, 24, was arrested Wednesday by Tamaqua Cpl. Henry Woods and Patrolman Joseph David, executing an arrest warrant issued on charges related to an indecent assault. Ortlip was arraigned before District Judge Stephen Bayer on charges of indecent assault, indecent assault on a person younger than 16, indecent assault on a person less than 13, and corruption of minors. The judge set bail at $25,000 straight cash. Ortlip was then incarcerated in the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville. The charges stem from a February incident.
