A Philadelphia driver escaped injury in a one vehicle crash in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Oneil A. Malcolm-Fuller, 21, was driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix northbound on SR61 in West Brunswick Township, about 3:50 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, when he lost control. The car traveled across the right northbound lane and struck an embankment. After impact the rear of the car pivoted about 45-degrees clockwise before coming to final rest facing east straddling the white fog line on the right side.Troopers said Malcolm-Fuller was cited for driving a vehicle at an (un) safe speed.
