A traffic stop in Schuylkill County led to a driving under the influence (DUI) charge against the driver.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Roy T. Snowell, 56, of Pottsville, was stopped about 2:16 a.m. on Monday, April 18, along SR61 at the Stoner Tile jughandle in North Manheim Township, for an invalid registration on his 1998 Ford Taurus. As a result of the stop Snowell was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI, troopers said.
