A traffic stop along SR534 at SR209 in Polk Township, Monroe County, has led to the driver facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI).

State police at Lehighton said Nathan A. Eckhart, 27, of Albrightsville, was stopped about 2:01 a.m on Sunday, April 10, for several traffic violations. At the stop Eckhart was found to be under the influence and was taken to the barracks for a breath test.Troopers said charges will be filed.
