A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 8:26 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, along Interstate 80 in Butler Township.

State police at Frackville said John Joseph Dubosky, 46, of Ashland, was operating a 2011 Infiniti M37X northbound when he drove his vehicle onto the east berm and down an embankment. Damages were minor to the front end of the vehicle.Dubosky was found to be under the influence and was taken to the barracks for a breath test. The test revealed a blood/alcohol level of .185 percent, over twice the legal limit of .08. Charges will be filed, troopers said.
