Beltzville State Park offers Adventures in Geocaching

On Saturday, May 7, at 11:30 a.m. Pennsylvania State Parks naturalist Stephanie Strub will teach the basics of geocaching and then aid program attendees in finding caches in Beltzville State Park.

Occasionally described as high-tech treasure hunting, geocaching is family-friendly, highly addictive and a great way to get some exercise in the outdoors.The fee for this program is $10 per borrowed GPS unit or $5 for those bringing their own GPS or sharing with someone borrowing a unit. This fee is payable at the event.Please register in advance because the program will be cancelled if there is a lack of apparent interest.
