A Summit Hill man was charged after police learned that he was threatening a woman and her unborn child.

According to Summit Hill police, at 10:38 a.m., on March 19, officers were dispatched to 325 W. White St., for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival they found the female victim at the residence. It was learned that Joseph Kosalko Jr., 31, of the aforementioned address, had threatened violence against the female and her unborn child.He was charged with terroristic threats and harassment.
