Jim Thorpe police reported on four driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by officers recently.

On March 11 about 1:45 a.m. police stopped a vehicle operated by Roberto Magobet, 32, of 641 N. Locust St., Hazleton, for a vehicle code violation. Magobet was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest. The DUI charge has been filed, police said.On March 13 about 11:10 p.m. officers stopped Gregg M. Scully, 49, of 7 Broadway, Apt. 4, Jim Thorpe, for a vehicle code violation at the intersection of state Routes 209 and 903. He was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest. Police said charges will be filed.On March 18 about 12:15 a.m. officers stopped Richard Fedrigo, 37, of 219 Center Ave., Jim Thorpe, for a vehicle code violation along Center St. He was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest. The DUI charge is pending, police said.
