Seven area residents among 55 arraigned on criminal counts

Seven area residents were among 55 who were arraigned Monday morning in the district attorney's office at the Schuylkill County courthouse on criminal charges and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested trial by jury. They were

Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, charged by McAdoo Patrolman Robert Minnick, with theft of an all terrain vehicle (ATV) stolen from 654 Rear Kennedy Drive and belonging to Robvert Kalinchok and charged by Trooper Thomas Robin with two counts each of corruption of minors and indecent assault.James John Barron, 62, of 521 Franklin Avenue, Tamaqua, charged by West Penn Township Patrolman Dale Osenbach, with terroristic threats and harassment of Shirlee Barron and Harry Barron, of 1332 Clamtown Road, New Ringgold, criminal mischief to a bridge on their property and scattering rubbish.Bryan Anthony McLaughlin, 23, of 134 1/2 Spruce St., Tamaqua, charged by Pottsville Patrolman Eugene M.
