Carbon County Commissioner Wayne Nothstein, center, was recently named one of 17 Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool/Youth Development Network's (PSAYDN) "Afterschool Champions." He was nominated for the award by Jeanne Miller, director of the SHINE Afterschool program and co-chair of the Carbon County Child and Family Collaborative.
