The students of Saint Joseph Regional Academy (SJRA) in Jim Thorpe celebrated St. Patrick's Day by holding the school's second annual "Great Potato Roll" in which they competed by rolling a potato down a ramp hoping to achieve the greatest rolling distance with the winner being named "Top Spud".
