State police at Lehighton responded to a reported disturbance was led to the arrest of two individuals.

The disturbance was reported about 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, at 38 Interchange Road, in Polk Township, Monroe County.At the scene troopers arrested Matthew John Kozero, 46, of Gilbert, after he was found to have in his possession a firearm. Kozero is prohibited from possessing a firearm due to a prior criminal history. He was charged with firearms not to be possesed and also possession of a small amount of marijuana.At the same location police arrested Michael Kozero, 22, with posession of a small amount of marijuana.
