Patricia Heil, 44, of Jim Thorpe, has been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks on a charge of harassment.

Police said the charge was filed after an incident at 12:30 a.m. March 12 at the Shell Station parking lot, Route 903, Penn Forest Township.The victim is Christopher Fazio, 22, of Norristown.Police said it is alleged the woman repeatedly shouted at Fazio and pounded on the front of his car as he was attempting to leave the parking lot.
