A criminal mischief incident that happened between 6:39 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. March 14 in Franklin Township is under investigation by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is Rhonda Hoffman of Lehighton.She told polilce someone threw a brik at and smashed the driver's side door window of her 1985 Chevrolet S-10 while it was parked in the 1500 block of Long Run Road.The estimated damages are $100.
