A Schuylkill County woman is facing several criminal charges.

State police at Frackville said Robert David Boden, 45, of Chester Springs, is the owner of a apartment building at 19 Main St., Middleport. On Friday, March 11, Boden went to the property and discovered the basement sump pump and various copper pipes, which were stored in the basement, were now in the apartment of Karen Rosemarie Boris, 47. The items were found in the apartment as Boden conducted maintenance on the building. The items were previously reported stolen, troopers said, on March 8.While conducting an investigation of the incident troopers discovered a hidden interior entrance from Boris' apartment leading into the basement area. There was also damage discovered to the drywall on the first floor of the building near the apartment building main entrance.Troopers said Boris will be charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking.
