A Monroe County man is facing charges after he was found living in a trailer home without permission.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said on Friday, March 4, officers were called to the White Rock Trailer Park for a report of an individual living in one of the trailers without permission.Officers made contact at the scene with James Famularo, 28, of Tobyhanna. Upon further investigation it was learned that Famularo was living in a trailer at the park for several months without permission. It was also learned that he had removed the aluminum siding from the trailer and sold it for scrap.He was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass and theft.
