He received credit for 114 days served in prison. He had pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced in February 2010 to serve 12 months on probation.Luke J. Pennypacker, 32, Gordon, had his probation revoked by Judge Russell and re-sentenced on a simple assault charge to serve four to 24 months less one day in the county prison, make restitution of $5,023.21 to Saint Catherine's Medical Center, Ashland, and $751.64 to Washington F.C.
