Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on the following arrests.

On Feb. 26 about 12:31 a.m. officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the cul-de-sac of Scenic Court in Tunkhannock Township. Upon making contact with the two male occupants inside the vehicle officers observed a case of beer and one open container inside.A further investigation revealed the two males to be under age and intoxicated. The two were identified as Jordan McMahon, 19, and a 17-year-old, both from Effort. Both were cited for underage drinking and released to their parents.On Monday, Feb. 28, about 1:40 a.m. officers found a Mercury Mountaineer parked in a snow bank at the Jack Williams Tire & Auto parking lot in Mt. Pocono. Through an investigation it was determined the driver, Candace M. Rosenberg, 39, of Tobyhanna, was intoxicated and parked her vehicle after realizing she could not continue to drive home.Rosenberg called a friend who picked her up. She was charged with public drunkenness, police added.
