A Carbon County man is facing a charge of intimidation of a victim.

State police at Lehighton said Jeffrey Duane Hosier Sr., 43, of 316 Bridge St., Weissport, will be charged for making statements to a victim regarding a state police investigation. Troopers said Hosier was advised to cease his actions but failed to do so and will be charged.
