Pocono Mountain Regional police are investigating a reported assault and robbery incident.

Police said about 12:50 a.m. on Feb. 21 officers were dispatched to Cobblewood Drive, in Summit Point, Mt. Pocono, for a report of a suspicious person. On scene officers spoke with Christyen Sumpter, 19, Tobyhanna, and a female juvenile. The two said that they were assaulted and property was taken from them.The two described the assailants as three black males, in a dark-colored sedan.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call police at (570) 895-2400.
