A Tamaqua man was cited twice Wednesday evening after police received complaints about his behavior.

John Smith, 21, of Hazle Street, was reportedly trespassing at 110 Market St., at 8:50 p.m. A short time later, at 10:35 p.m., he reportedly was causing a commotion in the 300 block of Hazle Street.He was cited for trespassing and for public drunkenness.
