Jordyn Beth Miller, a freshman at Wilkes University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, has been named to Dean's List for the Fall semester. Miller, a 2010 graduate of Lehighton Area High School, is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success at the University. She is also involved in the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) and the Engineering Olympics (which are held on the Wilkes University campus.) In addition, Miller is a WEBS (Women Empowered by Science) counselor, helping to instruct demonstrations. She is the daughter of George and Kim Miller of Lehighton and the granddaughter of George Miller Sr. of Lehighton and Charles and Kathryn Albeck of Indianland, South Carolina.
