The Borough of Tamaqua Street Department continues snow removal operations this week and has announced the schedule for Wednesday, Feb. 9.

Snow clearing operations will be held on Pine Street, from East Broad to the 309N bridge, and Penn Street, from Coal to Hunter. Both sides of the streets will be included.All vehicles must be moved from the posted streets. Vehicles that remain on the posted streets will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.Snow removal will continue as needed and residents will receive notice of additional streets that will be cleared.This schedule is subject to change, depending on weather conditions.
