State police at Frackville reported apprehending a wanted person on Wednesday, Feb. 2.

Troopers said while on routine patrol they found a disabled vehicle along SR895 at Evergreen Drive, in East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Richard Pizzo, 27, of Barnesville.A check revealed an active warrant for Pizzo's arrest for a parole violation was issued to the Schuylkill County Adult Probation office. Pizzo was taken into custody and transported to the county prison in Pottsville.
