Schuylkill County judges rule on bail motions

Hearings were held by Schuylkill County judges on motions filed by defendants in criminal cases for reductions of bail money to be posted.

Judge John E. Domalakes made the following rulings:Thomas Moll, 37, of 654 S. Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, had his bail reduced to $5,000 percentage cash and conditions attached were that he must reside at the McAdoo address and not relocate without court approval, shall not consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances, obtain a job within 30 days and have no contact with the alleged victim. Moll faces charges of corruption of minors and indecent assault.Todd Issermoyer, 42, Shenandoah, had his bail reduced from straight $5,000 cash to $5,000 unsecured, must reside at 416 W. Atlantic St., Shenandoah, and not relocated without prior court approval, must immediately register his current address with the state police, obtain employment in 30 days and have no contact with minors. He was charged with alleged failure to comply with sex offender registration.Russell Mauger, 48, formerly of Zions Grove, North Union Township, had his modification of bail granted but no amount was listed in the court order. He must reside at 820 Peace St., Hazleton and not relocate without prior court order. He faces charges of simple assault and harassment.Hubert M. Wakefield, 32, Reading, had his bail reduced from $25,000 straight cash to $500 percentage cash and he must reside at 123 Buttonwood St., Reading, obtain employment via the Job Security Office within 30 days and keep the probation department aware of employment and must stay away from the victim whose car he is alleged to have used without permission.Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin lifted the bench warrant against Nicole Porter, 26, Pottsville, and set bail at $10,000 straight cash in the aggregate range as she faces a number of drug charges.Judge Charles M. Miller ruled on the following:Clarissa Nicole Ingram, 22, Pottsville, had a bench warrant lifted but denied bail and was remanded to the county prison to await trial on a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Pottsville Patrolman Brian W. Kotzmoyer.Leroy Bone Sr., 52. 12 Pine Terrace, Schuylkill Haven, had his bail set at $50,000 percentage cash and he must reside at his current address and cannot relocate without court permission, shall not possess nor consume alcoholic beverages, controlled substances or possess drug paraphernalia, submit to random tests and have no contact with anyone below the age of 18 including relatives. Bone was charged with possession of child pornography.Corey E. Wall, 28, 321 E. Mahanoy St., Mahanoy City, had her bail set at $50,000 unsecured bail, must reside at her current address and submit to drug testing and secure gainful employment in 30 days. She faces a charge of corruption of minors.Juan Guillermo Romero-Vazquez, 36, 305 Howard Avenue, Pottsville, had his bail set at $25,000 unsecured bail and he must reside at his current address and secure employment within 30 days. He faces drug charges.The bail of Ashlie Mabry, 25, Pottsville, was revoked and the defendant was remanded to the county prison until a burglary charge is disposed.
