Confused by nutrition labels? There's help

Does reading a nutrition label on your favorite box of cereal have you confused? Do you know what to look for to find better foods?

If you want to learn more about what the numbers on those labels mean, let Laura Smith, certified nutritionist, help.Smith will explain how to read nutrition labels and the importance of understanding the nutritional value of the foods you eat at the Coaldale TOPS meeting held 6 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 16, in the Education Room of St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale.
