A Schuylkill County man has been charged with retail theft following an incident at a county convenience store.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Justin M. Neff, 25, of Minersville, was charged for an incident at the Sheetz Convenience Store located in North Manheim Township. Troopers said surveillance tapes showed Neff taking a quart of motor oil and a white jug that contained over $217 in U.S. currency that was being used for a Children's Christma party.The incident occurred on Saturday, Jan. 22, aboaut 7:28 p.m.
