A Creepy Crawlers session "Apples" will be held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 24 for 2, 3 and 4 year olds at Carbon County Environmental Education Center, 151 E. White Bear Drive, Summit Hill.

The session focuses on an aspect of the natural world. Children participate in age appropriate games, crafts, stories and other activities.This month's topic will center on apples. Children can crunch them, take them apart and even make a craft with them. An apple a day doesn't keep the fun away at the center.The EEC is located at the west end of Mauch Chunk Lake park just outside of Jim Thorpe.
