The new photo license center in Lehighton opened today at the PennDOT garage. Employees are Russell Jacoby of Lehighton and Paul Flickinger of Franklin Township. On the first day, the two employees spent much of the day talking to media about the operations there. They also practiced utilizing the Dek-Electro Instant Camera equipment. The first visitor to the center was Mrs. Ruth Kerling of Lentz Avenue, Lehighton.
