Alerted by an anonymous telephone tip, deputies from the Schuylkill County Sheriff's Office visited a construction site in Pottsville and arrested four illegal immigrants

Taken into custody were Cesar Cano, 43; Zacaria Zepeda, 33; Cornelioi Mora-Martinez, 50, and Jose Alfredo Torres Montemayhor, 29. All were turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs enforcement officers.The site on which the immigrants were found was at the Empire Education Group construction site, located along SR61 between Pottsville and Saint Clair, across from the Fairlane Village Mall.Franklin Schoeneman, head of the company, expressed surprise, shock and outrage when he learned about the event after the arrest and blamed subcontractors. The contract for the job was given to Heim Construction Company, of Pottsville, and Roy Heim, its owner, also expressed surprise.
